How do I get the online voucher?
After purchase, the voucher is immediately sent by e-mail as a PDF and can be presented digitally or printed out.
Is there also a physical voucher?
Yes, on request, you can receive our premium voucher in a dark grey slipcase with golden embossing; collection at the salon or shipping within Germany for a postage fee is possible.
How long is the voucher valid?
Three years from the end of the year in which the voucher was issued (statutory limitation period).
Can I redeem the voucher in partial amounts?
Yes, the amount can be spread over several appointments; any remaining balance stays valid until the voucher expires.
What can the voucher be redeemed for?

Is a cash refund possible?
A cash payment or an exchange is not possible.
