How do I get the online voucher?
After purchase, the voucher is immediately sent by e-mail as a PDF and can be presented digitally or printed out.
Is there also a physical voucher?
Yes, on request, you can receive our premium voucher in a dark grey slipcase with golden embossing; collection at the salon or shipping within Germany for postage is possible.
How long is the voucher valid?
Three years from the date of purchase in accordance with the statutory limitation period.
Can I redeem in installments?
Yes, the amount can be spread over several dates; a residual value remains in place until the validity period expires.
